CARDIO KICKBOXING
WHY KICKBOXING?
Increase stamina, flexibility, & strength.

WHAT IS KICKBOXING?
Kickboxing combines elements of boxing, martial arts,
& aerobics for a total body workout.
Classes are comprised of:
1) 10 minutes of warm ups
2) 30 minute kickboxing session that includes movements like
knee strikes, kicks, & punches
3) 20 minutes cooling down, toning & stretching
WHEN?
Monday & Wednesday 6:30 to 7:30pm
Saturday 9:00 to 10:00 am
